WindEnergy Hamburg is the largest event worldwide focussing on wind energy. In 2018 there were 1483 exhibitors and over 35.000 visitors, enabling our exhibitors to showcase their expertise, to expand their network and to learn about the latest trends in the on- and offshore wind sector. Floorplans and available stands

Dutch Village in Hall B7, with a total floorspace of 526m², is located at a good location, centrally located in the hall at a main path between halls. For the floorplans, please refer to the floorplan of the exhibition here and the floorplan of Dutch Village with available stands here. In your booking you can indicate the stands of your preference. After the closing date we will assign the stands on the basis of the exhibitors’ preferences and available space.

The closing date for booking is 17 January 2020, but the sooner you book, the better the chance that you get the stand of your preference!

Participating in Dutch Village means that you benefit from being part of an impressive collective Holland presentation. This has a larger impact than being present with an individual stand. Furthermore, you can count on the support of the Dutch Village team in the preparation phase and make use of their on-site services in the joint Holland lounge. Prices for stand packages

• Stand package BASIC  (floorspace only + use of Dutch Village lounge & support*): EUR 495 per m² + one –time fee of EUR 550
• Stand package FULL (floor /stand/furniture + use of Dutch Village lounge & support *): EUR 665 per m² + one-time fee of EUR 550
• Lounge package (includes participation in the joint Holland lounge with a wall panel and 1 free exhibitor pass): EUR 3000
• Sponsor packages: on request

*) incl. 1 free exhibitor pass per 9m².

Prices are applicable for members of NWEA, HHWE, IRO and NMT. Non-members pay a surcharge of EUR 100 per m² for the stand packages and a surcharge of EUR 500 for the lounge package. All prices are excluding VAT.
