MULTIBODY DYNAMICA: FLEXIBILITEIT
Gebruik van eindige-elementenmodellen voor het simuleren van flexibele systeemdynamica Voor het garanderen van de structurele integriteit van veel hedendaagse mechanische systemen, machines en mechanismen is het van belang de interne spanningen en vervormingen van kritische onderdelen nauwkeurig te voorspellen met behulp van simulatiemodellen. In de cursus Multibody Dynamica: Flexibiliteit wordt besproken welke methodes geschikt zijn voor het bepalen van spanningen en vervormingen van componenten die willekeurig grote bewegingen ondergaan. Mechanische analyses van constructies waarvan de vervormingen klein blijven, kunnen uitstekend worden uitgevoerd met lineaire eindige-elementenmodellen. Echter, voor bewegingen in het groot zijn lineaire modellen niet toereikend. Binnen het vakgebied Flexible Multibody Dynamics biedt de zogenaamde Floating Frame Formulation een mogelijkheid om lineaire eindige-elementenmodellen van individuele componenten te combineren in een dynamische analyse van het volledige systeem. Op deze manier kunnen onnodig inefficiënte niet-lineaire eindige-elementenmodellen worden voorkomen. Een succesvolle implementatie van de Floating Frame Formulation stelt men in staat om interne spanningen en vervormingen van componenten te bepalen gedurende de beweging. Een voordeel hiervan is dat willekeurige aannamen over de randvoorwaarden en quasi-statische belastingen niet nodig zijn. Daarnaast biedt deze methode ook veel mogelijkheden voor het implementeren van verdere reductietechnieken om de rekentijd verder te beperken. APQP4Wind Internal Auditor Training
The objective of the APQP4Wind Internal Auditor Training is to give the participants a basic understanding of the APQP4Wind processes and the value and purpose of doing internal audits to support the implementation of APQP4Wind process. In addition to introduce and train how to plan, do, report and evaluate an internal audit and the audit program. Content: - What is the APQP4Wind - The APQP4Wind process and framework - Identification of risks and opportunities - How audits can support risk mitigation, improvement and value creation Prerequisites: it is required that the participant has passed internal auditor training. Auditing experience is recommended. Course duration is 2 days (14 hours excl. breaks)

The main purpose of the training is to update and refresh knowledge of the APQP4Wind framework, the rationales behind it and the value in using it from a management perspective. It is further to present and discuss experience achieved in implementation and use of APQP4Wind and to present updates during the latest 4 year period as well as future perspectives. Content: - Updates of manual, workbook and analysis tool and short presentation of main changes - Presentation of APQP4Wind organization and options to join as member - Changes in OEM subscribing to APQP4Wind - DOs and DONTs in implementation of APQP4Wind - Examples and discussions related to the interpretations, application, management and implementation of the topics. Course duration is half a day.
APQP4Wind Specialist Refresher Training
The main purpose of the training is to update and refresh knowledge of the APQP4Wind framework, the rationales behind the changes and to stimulate and mobilize the participants further for implementation. It is further to present and discuss experience achieved in implementation and use of APQP4Wind DOs and DONTs as well as specific cases. It is finally to present the status and directions of the APQP4wind development. Content: - Updates of manual, workbook and analysis tool and presentation of main changes - Presentation of main changes to the core tools (ex D- and PFMEA) - DOs and DONTs in implementation of APQP4Wind - Discussion of specific cases (group work) - Presentation of APQP4Wind organization and options to join as member - Changes in OEM subscribing to APQP4Wind - Examples and discussions related to the interpretations, application, management and implementation of the topics. Course duration is one day.
